Intake session for couples/family is 2hr/ $265

Longer sessions may be scheduled when appropriate for a comparable increase in fee.​​

I take Oregon Health Plan- Care Oregon, Pacific Source (both commercial and Medicare) Fee for Service or Out of Pocket, I take most forms of payment through IvyPay, a HIPAA complient billing service. You may request a Superbill to submit to your insurance for partial reinbursment.
