In Person, Among Trees
Inner SE Portland, Tabor area (ADA accessible, childcare provided)
Immerse yourselves in the experience of putting your relationship first, bring a picnic and prepare for an evening of connecting with your partner, learning about your relationship, and gaining practical tools that will enhance your love life.
In this 2.5 hours experiential couples get exposed to the PACT principle of secure functioning and introduced to a way of working together that deliberately supports deep care for one another.
The workshop will use mindfulness, interpersonal neuroscience, and one-on-one experiences to explore the following:
Why attachment matters
How to build more security in your relationships
How to care for each other’s vulnerabilities so you spend more time connecting and less feeling distant
What you can do in your daily life to love and be loved fully
This IS for you and your SO if you resonate with the following:
You are committed to learning and growing together
You want to enhance your connection
You are wanting a "push" or an "inspiration" towards a more secure way of relating
You are looking for an immersive date night experience
This is a mini workshop/ group experience, it will offer a chance to explore and get curious about your relationship wellness, it will not provide the space to engage in deep healing nor build the kind of trust among group participants needed to process more openly. At this short event, folks will not be asked to share personal/intimate details with the larger group and exercises will be for each couple to practice one-on-one. This event foreshadows a several week series which will be offered in the Fall, folks attending this event will receive a discount to the whole series.
Couples interested will go through a pre-registration process to make sure this event is right for them. Couples who are currently experiencing/ working through a relational crisis (i.e. betrayal), or who are experiencing untreated mental health needs, will be directed to better services, like individual and couples therapy. Please contact Silvia Gozzini, LMFT directly.
